Diamond Zoysia is excellent for warm and hot climates. This type of grass is used for a lot of golf courses and yards, if you do not mind spending the time to Maintenace it, this would be a good type of sod for your yard.

Fescue Sod is a cooler Season growing grass. It tends to grow extremely well in the fall and Spring months and tends to slow down growth in the summer. it is another good grass that also strives in shade.

Centipede Sod is well known as a warm grass season and low maintence type of sod.
